Prano Bailey Bond

Bond is an award winning director based in London. Her work invokes imaginative magical worlds, in which she shows in her music videos and films. A seeker of truth in a world of fiction, she is fascinated by lifes' ironies and contradictions.

However, it tipped as one-to-watch by Film4 after winning the Best Director award at UnderWire Festival, Prano's work has been recognised at events and festivals such as the UKMVA's, London Short Film Festival, The European Independent Film Festival and Aesthetica Short Film Festival. She is also an award-winning editor. In contrast at the BFI trip she gave us useful tips on planning our ideas and music video further until you have a solid idea that makes sense to take further. Also making a schedule on when to film was useful as we knew who was available and when we will be filming. Researching was another great idea as we had secondary help with developing our ideas and gaining more knowledge on fundamentally expressing your music video and making it realistic and professional.
